Aufgaben:
- Analyze the impact of modern AI systems that act as 'digital companions' focusing on human-centered, ethical AI interaction designs.
- Design and conduct empirical studies, including immersive field studies with industry partners (e.g., Siemens), to identify relevant moral phenomena and develop ethics-compliant designs.
- You write scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals, participate in national and international conferences, and support with grant applications.
- You will support the professorship's research and teaching activities.
- Your doctoral project is highly welcome and supported by our research partner at the University of Hohenheim.
Qualifikationen:
- (Scientific) university degree in business administration, ethics, social sciences, computer science, or a related field.
- Advanced German language skills.
- Strong background in experimental design and advanced knowledge of statistics with programming skills in Python or R.
- Basic knowledge of operating principles of Generative AI with the willingness to dive deeper quickly.
- Excellent command of English, strong communication and teamwork, and good organizational skills.
